90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Return Required)

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase of any SUPERIOR product.

If you’re not satisfied with the product or your results, you may request a full refund — within 90 days of delivery.

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, you must return the used or unused product (or its packaging) to be eligible for a refund.

How it works:

  • Applies to first-time purchases only

  • Product (used or unused) must be returned

  • One refund per product type, per household

  • Return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after return is received

📋 Return Overview

  • ✔ Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • No restocking fees

  • ❌ Items marked as final sale (e.g. nearing expiration) are not eligible for return or refund


🔁 Standard Returns

  • Return allowed within 30 days for unopened or incorrect items

  • Must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging

  • Return shipping at customer’s expense (unless due to our error)

  • Do not return anything without prior approval — unauthorized returns will be discarded and not refunded


🔁 Subscription Refunds & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions require a minimum of 3 deliveries to access discounted pricing

  • After 3 deliveries, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time

  • The 90-day guarantee still applies — return required


Pre-Orders

  • Cancel any unfulfilled pre-order at any time

  • Once fulfilled, return eligibility follows the standard return or guarantee policy

  • If charged, the 90-day guarantee applies — with return required


⚠️ Anti-Abuse Policy

To protect fairness, we may decline refund requests from accounts with excessive or repeated claims or those that do not follow return procedures.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
