We do our best to display product information clearly, but colors and details may vary by screen. Products and pricing may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Acceptance occurs only after payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed. All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk transfer to you upon handoff to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, customs issues, or other events beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 90 days, provided the product or its packaging is returned. Refunds are processed per our Returns & Refund Policy. Subscription plans require a minimum of 3 completed orders to access discounted pricing. 7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, logos, content, and design elements are the intellectual property of SUPERIOR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

Optional tools or third-party services may be provided “as-is” without warranties. External links are for convenience only. We do not endorse or control third-party content, and access is at your own risk.
9. Shopify Integration
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify enables the functionality of our Services but is not responsible for transactions or support. Your data may also be processed according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes international transfers and the use of cookies and analytics tools.
11. Feedback & Reviews
By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant SUPERIOR a royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and adapt such content for any purpose. You must own or have rights to anything you submit.

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

19. Waiver & Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, along with our related policies, represent the complete agreement between you and SUPERIOR.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without notice.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SUPERIOR is headquartered (Dallas, TX, United States). You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for any disputes.
