5. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For all international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If customs charges are refused and the item is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus shipping costs (both ways).
6. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Note: International tracking updates may be delayed due to customs or local carrier hand-offs.
7. Delivery Issues

Missing package? If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received, contact us at info@getsuperior.health within 7 calendar days.

Damaged item? Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, email support@getsuperior.health as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes if the order is already in fulfillment or transit.
9. Remote Area Surcharges
Some remote regions may incur additional delivery charges.
You’ll see these at checkout, or we’ll contact you before dispatch.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak periods (Black Friday, New Year, etc.), please allow 2–3 extra business days for order processing.
